ssarwartherapy
Affordable low fee online UK therapy. Highly experienced therapist for depression, anxiety, couples, relationships and more
Fees
My standard full fee is currently £80 for a 50-minute individual therapy session, available either in person in central London or online. Please note that fees are subject to review and may occasionally increase.
Reduced and Low Fees
I have a limited number of online daytime appointments (before 4pm) available at a reduced fee of £55 per session for individual clients. These are available for those on a low income, including students and trainee counsellors/therapists, who would struggle to pay the full fee.
Couples Therapy
I also provide online couples therapy sessions. I am currently in training to specialise further in couples therapy, allowing me to provide these sessions at a significantly reduced fee.
While my couples training is ongoing, I bring significant experience to couples work.
Ongoing couples sessions are available at a reduced rate of £95 for each 50-minute session.
The initial couples session is a longer assessment lasting between 80 to 90 minutes, which is charged at a slightly higher rate of £170 to reflect the additional time.

What to Expect
Sessions usually last 50 minutes and occur at a consistent time each week. For couples; the first session is 90 minutes, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. During our first meeting, I will ask questions to find out more about you, we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy and discuss your aims for our work together. The first meeting is an opportunity for us to see how we might work together.
